Registration for admission to LKG normally starts in the month of January and admission will be closed by the end of May.
Admission to other classes will be taken only after a test.
Promotion is granted on the basis of one year's work of the pupil. Mid-term tests, terminal examinations, home work records, handwriting etc. will be taken into consideration.
Promotion will be withheld if the basic academic rules violated by both the parent and pupils.
Students should never forget to greet the teachers and elders. They should also greet one another.
Absence from examinations without sufficient reason will be considered serious.
Each students is required to be present for 80% of school days as a precondition for promotion.
The school reserve to itself the right to dismiss students whose academic performance is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
Students should come to school in neat and proper uniform. The school uniform should be strictly in accordance with the pattern prescribed by the school.
The school building and premises should be kept clean and tidy. Scribbling on the walls, doors or furniture is strictly prohibited.
Any Kind of damage, done to the school property will have to be made good.
Every students is responsible for the safe custody of his/ her belongings. Ornaments and jewellery of any kind are not allowed in the school.
Students suffering from any contagious diseases will not be allowed to attend the class.
Important notes to Parents & Guardians
All parents are expected to take the membership of the Parent-Teacher-Association and their attendance at the meeting is essential.
Parents are requested to submit a written application to the Principal to take the child from the school during working hours. No pupil will be allowed to go home with servants or relatives unless the letter of parent is produced.
